  Sad to write this review because we have used Lowes to remodel our entire house. We recently got carpet installed. It was an absolutely terrible experience. Their installers (Monroe carpet installers) were five hours late. Rushed through the process and proceeded to break our front door in the process. The company has lied reapeatedly to us and refuse to fix it. Lowes keeps saying they will take care of it but six weeks later no one is returning our calls or taking care of the situation. They are refusing to stand behind their customers. We will be canceling our Lowes card and finishing our future projects with another option.
