  I’m actually appalled at your response to La El’s review. If you had any decency you would be diplomatic and understanding, instead of snobby and unreasonable. If someone writes a review and says their experience was bad, you should do some reflecting and thinking. Be accommodating. People know people and word of mouth can spread fast. Especially if the employee is rude. According to their review they said you were rude and made them feel unwelcomed, and from your response to her, I don’t doubt it. If you stand so much behind your brand, then you’d actually be concerned about your reputation. You even insulted their friend... how are you even in business? You apologized that her friend tainted their experience?!? Sounds like you can’t take responsibility for your own actions. You tainted their experience, not the friend. Seems like you’re more interested in making money than creating a well founded brand with a sole purposes of helping people. Once again appalled at your response. You’re very bad at that. You suck as a matter of fact. Like really bad. Now not only were you rude in person, but you had to nail the coffin with your public response... great job. You’ve really shown your incompetence today...
