  The reason for the one star is due to customer care/service. Awful experience! Purchased a phone $500+ on the spot, assured me that I was okay for 30 days to return the product for a full refund...went in there 3 weeks later (22 days to he exact) to return the item and get my money back due to family/plan troubles and was completely shut down. I was told that wasn't there policy and they couldn't help me other than to buy the phone back for nearly $100 less than what I paid for it. But wait, if the gentleman who told me this originally was there at this time, maybe that would help? Nope. Even the supposed owner of the store was there, and witnessed the employee not denying anything I was claiming he said, gave zero care or concern for the issue. Ended up walking out and sold the phone to another person in need on my own and took a loss. Will not go back and wouldn't recommend it due to their lack of care and communication issues. Management needs serious work here! Beware of their "whatever it takes to make the sale" attitude and good luck if you ever have an issue with a phone from them.
